We see what others overlook.

We don't settle for surface-level brand solutions. We dig into the heart of your work, finding the spirit and stories that others miss, and help you share it with the world in an accessible and sustainable way.

‘Little Ghost’ is a nod to the intangible nature of branding.

Powered by Women

We bring a unique perspective to branding as a female-led team, fostering creativity and empathy that connects with diverse audiences.

Chronically Inclusive

We understand the importance of accessibility in branding, inspired by our founder's personal experiences with vision loss and chronic illness.

A Fluid Team

We’re a small team that brings together the best minds, customized for each project to create agile, inclusive and impactful brands.

Design should do more. Period.

Good branding isn't just visually appealing or profitable—it’s sustainable, accessible and inclusive. We name, position and design brands with a unique edge you won't see from other studios.

Our Clients

For the trailblazers, dreamers and innovators.

Our partners are tech-savvy startups and purpose-driven investment funds that support impactful social ventures. We also work closely with B-corps, ethical businesses and nonprofits dedicated to making a real difference. Above all, our clients are united by a shared pursuit: to leave a positive, lasting impact on the world.
Meet Our Clients

This is our narrative.

Robyn Kacperski started Little Ghost because she wanted to do more of what she loved. More with design, more for her clients and more good in the world.

Robyn spent seven years leading in-house and agency creative teams, building award-winning consumer brands and marketing their products on a national scale. She left agency life in 2020 to start Little Ghost Creative with a clear goal: Do more with design, more for her clients and more good for the world.

Gaining a new perspective.

When Robyn was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021, her entire approach to strategic design had to shift.

The transient nature of disability in multiple sclerosis opened her eyes to the lack of accessible spaces and products in the world. Now, Little Ghost channels that insight into every project, ensuring our designs are not just beautiful but accessible to everyone.

We lead with a strong focus on inclusivity and functionality in our work, because we believe design should empower, not exclude.

A Fluid Team

We bring together the best people, tailored to each project.

Here at Little Ghost Creative we don't keep a full-time staff. Instead, we lovingly handpick a team of communicators and creatives that will help bring your vision to life. This fluid model means lower overhead, agile creative solutions and a team uniquely tailored to you—whether it's language, life experience or location.
