Payment Methods & Currency

We accept payments via Stripe (credit card) and e-transfers from Canadian institutions.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Terms

Our payment terms, refunds, and cancellation policies are outlined in our Master Service Agreement. For full details, please refer to our Master Service Agreement. Below is a summary:

• Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining project balance must be paid before the final deliverables are released.
• Cancellations: If a project is canceled after it is 75% complete, the full remaining balance will be due.
• Refunds: Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before finalizing.

Promotions & Discounts

Any promotions or discounts will have clearly stated terms and expiry dates. If a promotion is applied to a service, the terms outlined at the time of purchase will apply.
